davey-warner:
he had offered to meet her at the dance studio, but sienna had suggested they meet at the coffee shop - that way, he didn’t have to wait around with nothing to do. davey had told her he didn’t mind. ‘after all, there’s plenty to look at,’ he had winked at her, but she had stood firm. so davey pressed through the cold into the town coffee shop, the inviting warmth a relief against the harsh wind. he glanced over to find sienna already there, and he shook his head with a smile.
“and i thought i was being punctual,” he grinned at her with a shrug. “dance class end early, or just that excited to see me?”
☁ ・゚✧ How the two first came to be acquainted was still a blur in Sienna’s mind, though she was aware that Davey could be an effective distraction from her upcoming performance that ended up becoming quite the stressful event to look forwards to, for the ballerina. And while she was known as the uptight kind, he was, on the other hand, the cause of most troubles around Rye. Yet there she was, having turned him around from her dance practice only to end up being the one patiently waiting upon his arrival in the little town’s coffee shop. — A first for her, as a proper lady was never early to a rendezvous.
❛ Well, you might want to think again about that punctuality, darling ❜ she sighed, reaching over to take her bag off of the stool she was obviously hogging. ❛ Excited to see you ? I mean hey, whatever helps you sleep at night, yeah ? ❜ her dainty hand now extended, Sienna gave the other’s cheek a gentle pat. Like one would give a child. ❛ What about you ? Did you end up skipping your class...again ? ❜
