every sseince getting a blood transfusion ive been suddenly not reliant on coconut water to be able to walk distances and the "lungs cant get enough air in them" feeling is compleatly gone which is really cool to know what the problem was!!!!!! but also implies ive been minorly suffocating for years!!!!!!

if you are getting a blood transfusion there will reach a point in the transfusing where you will feel SO energised and you will think to yourself wow! i feel so normal now! i bet i could take a shower! and while you are correct about the shower bit that is still the devil speaking. when you get home it is so important that you start getting ready for bed within 10 minutes lest you have to do it in an energy crash

#1 day old sleepyness headache + couldnt sleep + first thing in the morning doctor appointment #put me back #it was late at night probably made me sleepier but i slept in the hospital too so shrug #maybe sleep only counts if you reach the blood threshhold
