Which Welsh dialect do you use?
I'm from northeast Wales and live in the south, so I predominantly use the Gog/northern dialect, but I try my best to include other dialects sometimes, as well as the occasional literary translation because I find it extremely funny to translate unhinged text posts into beautifully poetic Welsh.
I want to learn Welsh! Do you have any good learning resources?
Croeso i'r iaith Gymraeg! I have plenty of good learning resources in my resources tag. I particularly recommend these two masterposts:

Why do you spell words differently sometimes?
That's called treiglo, or mutation! To put it very succinctly, certain letters at the beginning of a word change depending on the sentence structure, along with a lot of other variables including whether a word is masculine or feminine.
My answer to a previous ask delves into treiglo a bit deeper, and has some additional learning resources.
Why do you use [this word] instead of [that word]?
It's either because it's a better fit for the vibe of the post, or because I didn't realise that word existed! If you ever reckon I've missed a trick with my translations, feel free to let me know so I can update the post.
Do you have a Kofi?
I do indeed!
Can you translate a specific post for me?
I can do my best — either tag me in the notes or send me the link! I'm by no means a professional translator; I'm just doing this for fun, and I'm very glad other people are getting some enjoyment (and even education!) out of it. However, I do tend to stick to single text posts rather than long reblog chains (mostly to keep myself sane), so keep that in mind when sending requests. I also typically don't go for posts with a low note count, just in case the OP doesn't appreciate a sudden influx of notes from a gimmick blog.
Who are you?
I respond to textpostscymraeg, tpc or just 'that undead horse that translates things'. Any and all prounouns are happily embraced. If you are from Wales, you have probably personally encountered me at some point in your life. Try not to think about it too much.
