The series Todd originates from (Wii Deleted You) contains graphic descriptions and (poor) artistic renditions of blood, murder, violence, alcohol, torture, and other sensitive subjects. I am going to avoid these topics as much as I can, since some of these topics affect me personally. But, if I end up mentioning any of the above, I will add content warnings in my tags. For example, CW/TW: [Subject].
I am not affiliated to the creator or any of the series’s contributors in any way. This is a fan account and I have criticized the series for its awful writing and I will most likely continue to criticize the series for how it portrays certain topics and characteristics poorly and/or in bad faith.
Though I personally interpret Todd as a Black man, I do not know if this was ever confirmed by the creators, and the *official illustrations of him are very unclear. I don’t think there is anything conclusive… Todd’s VA has disappeared from the internet as far as I know and I am too cowardly to reach out to anyone and ask them. Still, I really want to hear other’s headcanons or interpretations of his identity, his personality, his habits, anything. Desperately. Please
(* When I say official I am referring to the extension of the series created by Operate Manuel. Operate Manuel is fanmade but it is considered to be semi-official and it is endorsed by the original series’ creator. At least I think it is. I cannot verify this. I say this because The creator was an initial member of the group, but he left early on during development and he disagreed with a few writing choices the team had made that were different from/went against his vision. but I hear the creator enjoys Todd as a character. I do not know if he has confirmed that this interpretation/extension of Todd is canon. This shit is so complicated.)
I would like to add a Q&A section here but. This series is obscure and irrelevant and obsolete as it is currently and nobody cares. If you know exactly who I am talking about and where he is from, or, you are just passing by, below the cut are some less important things I wanted to share. I have come up with a few answers to some hypothetical ones.

okay but if you want a serious answer, it’s mostly because of autism, but it’s also because I want to share my love of this character with people without fearing for my life or shying away from expressing myself like I usually do.
Is this a selfship blog?
It isn’t, actually! I don’t know how to describe this blog or the nature of my affection towards Todd. I do not view myself as someone who has a relationship with Todd Kennington in a Platonic, Familial, or romantic way. But, I am very attached to him and I think he deserves so much better.
If you, by chance, are a non-sharing Todd selfshipper, I know there are people who selfship with Todd out there but I don’t think they’re on tumblr. Or actively posting about him… I will be referring to Todd with terms of endearment and I will be complimenting/criticizing certain aspects of his design, his character, and how he is written. If you are uncomfortable with this, please feel free to block me.

Who is this guy and why are you obsessed with him
Todd Kennington, a District manager for [Company Name I Shan’t say]! He has no other information other than 1. he is a Manager, 2. He is Morally Ambiguous, and 3. His taste is questionable.
I don’t know why. But, I suspect it is because He isn’t a Wuss (I say this as someone who is unbelievably weak, emotional and wimpy), I think he is a deep and intriguing character despite the little screen time he got; his character has the least amount of influence from [Animatic Artist] and Jamie/Nuclearblue, the creator of the series, and because I have found great comfort with this character despite everything I have gone through.
If you are “A filthy newgen tumblr user” (like me) and don’t have the energy to go through 10 loops to find something and don’t type for fun and the love of the game (unlike me), here is a tag directory nicely seated right at the bottom of my pinned.
