It’s irrational thoughts, unprotected sex with strangers, taking drugs without thinking of the consequences. It’s hospital trips, cuts and sores and bruises out of urge or because you’ve done something crazy and put yourself in danger again, and not because you wanted to do it but because your brain thinks it’s invincible. Sometimes even thoughts of hurting the people you love. The constant roller coaster of emotions constantly changing without matching the room mood. 24/7 agitation, even in my sleep I’m constantly tossing. It’s hard. It’s so hard. It’s no sleep when I’m on a high, and non stop sleeping on a low. It’s fucking chaos. Bipolar is nothing but chaos. Who’s ever gonna love me with a brain like that?****************************************************************************
