Currently at the “try to learn Java” stage of my semiyearly Get Hyperfixated on Minecraft > Want More Armor > All Existing Mods are Not Cool Enough > But Cool Models Are Everywhere > ItemsAdder doesn’t exist for single player > guess I’ll learn how to mod them in myself > try to learn Java > move on to new fixation cycle and once again banging my head on how little sense literally ANY programming anything makes to me because my brain absolutely refuses to take in or remember any information that doesn’t come with a complete and detailed explanation of how and why it works and most programming instruction ESPECIALLY Java boils down to “but why do I need to write public static void” “because that’s what you have to write, now stop trying to understand and type what I tell you to”

in January 2018, I spent a couple of days in the town of Hutchinson, Kansas for work. I rolled into town and stopped at what appeared, from the outside, to be a normal motel just off the highway.
