i actually forgot to update my first day of fasting it was nothing special it was just hard falling asleep
broke fast early
i had to break my fast early since i have some plans tomorrow and i would like to be active . so i officially fasted for 2.5 days , new record ! i currently drinking orange juice to prepare for fruits tomorrow morning . im certainly doing this again . usually when im isolated for a period of time , aka gaming all day few days in a row . i tend to be anti social . i avoid eye contact , try not to engage in a conversation , now was quite different. my mind is super clear , i constantly feel like i just finished meditating . generally a great experience and im sure will have it again .
Day 2/3 fasting
i havent slept nicely , i woke up 2-3 times to pee . after i woke up i stayed 2-3 hours in bed watching series . after that i felt weak for 30 min . and then everything was normal i dont feel weak anymore .my mind is clear , no overthinking . i generally feel more alive and more in control .a bit hard to concentrate . but not too much . generally i feel awesome and calm.
Tomorrow last preparation day
Today I ate 3 bananas for breakfast. Than frozen veggies like yesterday for dinner. And beans for lunch.
fast preparation
Today i cleansed my colon by eating 5-6 pears which had a laxative effect . and ate some peas,broccoli,cauliflower. carrots. and blackberry’s. around 700 calories.
FASTING
First of all i havent been posting much lately . i found myself posting just so i dont break my promise to post everyday . but i felt bad about that . but now i have something to share. i will be fasting for few days. i have done one day fasts before , and i always felt amazing on them , now i will try at least 3 . with 30 minute meditation each day . and i will try to post in a lot of detail. including the preparation 3 days before and 3 days after the fast . and it will most likely be in 2-3 languages.
fixing the ego
i feel like i abandoned my goals , i noticed lately i did not work out, go to sleep early . educate myself . stopped being vegan ,but i started hanging out with more people . now i will focus on trying to fix myself physically and socially . as that is where my path seems is taking me .i m not talking about going clubbing just meeting as much people who want to achieve something . i will need to fix my teeth. get a haircut (i refused to get a hairstyle for 6 months now, i was between bald and few mm’s) clean my room . buy new cloth’s , start going to the gym. That will be my focus for the next few months . that and focusing on income .

made a video today. i ewont upload it because its 2 gb’s , it would take ages . gonna make smaller ones soon that i can upload
de-evolving
i feel like im devolving to a lower version of myself , i kinda started smoking again . in the past week i smoked like 7 cigs . more than i had in a year before that.i drank alcohol , i started eating meat . but on the other side my social life improved . i need hobbies . so i can meet with people with similar interests .

2 weeks no vegan
and i feel pretty bad . i feel i have less energy . i gained few pounds . my acne is getting wrose . but on the other hand im getting more social.
