A little about my Dishonored OC

Would something like this be plausible?

Her name is Rat

She's a bearer of the mark of the Outsider

She is a rat, specifically the tamed white rat featured in the Tales of Dunwall. 

Through the power of the mark she can shift her body for a few hours a day and her longevity has been increased (she's much older than your normal rats)

Neither Mun nor muse are quite sure why she was marked, a theory is perhaps to give a new perspective to the effects of the plague?

I'm uncertain as to her being a simply White colored rat, an Albino rat, or maybe even a Champagne variant.
