Honestly, I think this is another way of trying to ‘nuclear family’ the bats. DC wants the batfamily to be a brand as they draw in more fans than any other part of the universe. Putting Helena in a relationship with Jason is just another way for them to squeeze all Gotham vigilantes into a special little box with a bow, neatly packaged for batfamily fans.
