MY SUMMER MENTALITY
Day 3: Smoothie of the Day: Very Berry Smoothie
Ingredients: Mixed Berries (Strawberries, blueberries, black berries, and raspberries), Vanilla Almond Milk, Lemon, Ginger, Maca Powder, Ice
For this recipe, I think it would have tasted better with Dark Chocolate Soy Milk instead of the almond milk. Also, adding bananas would help it taste better. But it was a refreshing and super healthy drink: 7/10
Featured Blender: Dynablend
HEALTHY THICK & CHEWY VEGAN WALNUT BROWNIES
makes about 12 brownies:
1 cup of flour (wholegrain to make it super healthy)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of 100% cocoa powder
1 cup rice milk or soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of apple sauce
1/2 cup or more of crushed walnuts
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl; in a separate bowl combine all moist ingredients. Once both mixtures are well stirred, slowly add the wet part to the dry part. Mix until its a nice chocolatey mess. To check taste and consistency have a little try and add whatever you feel is lacking, i.e. more sugar, more vanilla or maybe some nutmeg?
Poor the finished mixture into a greased cake tray and pop it into a preheated oven at around 200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. To make sure its baked all the way through stick a clean sharp knife into the brownies; if the knife comes out with no brownie residue it’s ready. Enjoy!
P.s. Adding some chocolate spread as glazing makes these brownies extra delicious.

Happy I found this!
This is amazing
90% of women get rolls like this or bigger when they bent over or sit down. Why are we so ashamed of something so natural?! Why do we hate our bellies because of something as ridiculous as rolls? Who is society to tell us that it’s unnatural to have a belly pouch?
FUCKING THIS
My therapist: Look at nature. Look at flowers. We never walk into our garden and say "Oh wouldn't that flower be so much more pretty if it were taller? Or red instead of pink?" No, we don't. Because nature was created perfect just as it is. And so are we. We are part of nature, we are how we're meant to be, we are perfect just as we are.
