I'm also an age regressor, which means sometimes I mentally regress into a younger state of mind as a coping mechanism. I regress somewhere between the ages of 3 and 6. It differs from person to person, but mine's completely voluntary, and usually just for stress relief or to get me to relax or help me sleep.
