I see a lot of Fan designs for RWBY, and I wanted to try it too! :D I really like Weiss’s outfits, so I started with her first. I’m not very experienced with character design, but I think I did okay ^-^/

I have concepts for the other girls outfits too, but I don’t know if I’ll do them all yet.

I really like your art of Ruby and Penny... I know its likely not the intended interpretation but when i first saw it, I interpreted it as Penny needing to hold onto Ruby for support because of her strings usually being the things to support her...

Loosing both the things controlling you and the things supporting you to live a life you truely want with a person who truely cares for you...

I’m happy you liked it! Your interpretation is beautifully written and very close to what I had hoped to convey when drawing them, especially the part with Penny needing to hold on. (I miss them both very much… ;-;)
