i'm in love with the momo: dough- 2 cups flour, 3/4 cup almost boiling water. filling- 1 pound ground turkey, 1 sweet onion, 6 garlic cloves, 1 and 1/4 cup diced sugar snap peas, 1/4 cup diced mushrooms, 1 leek diced, 1/4 cup fresh ginger diced, 1 zucchini, 1 splash of soy sauce, 8 potatoes mashed with butter/milk.
