Silver Bolt - Guardian

    My name is Silver Bolt. I am a Pegasus with silver fur and I have a metallic blue mane and emerald eyes.I used to be in a Equestrian Special Operations Task Force.I later joined the Royal Guard and quickly rose to the Rank of Lieutenant. I suffered great injuries during the course of my continuing service, including having my front left leg amputated and my wings mangled. I have prosthetic wings and a prosthetic hoof, but its not quite the same. Once I recovered from my injuries, I was offered the position of Captian of the Guard in Canterlot, and I accepted. Getting off the train, Silver Bolt looks at the address scrawled on the piece of paper in his hoof. "I have no idea where this is," He sighs, exiting the train station. He sees a purple unicorn mare across the street, not noticing she had wings as well due to the unicorns, pegasi and earth ponies passing by between them. "Excuse me?" He asked, "Excuse me? Do you happen to know where this address is? I'm afraid I don't know my way around." He states, glancing at the paper and passing it to her.

Twilight took the paper in her magic aura and read it.

"Oh, this is just by the center of the town. I’m on my way over there, I could show you the way if you want," she said to the stranger.

“Yeah, well I rarely fly in Canterlot just for the sake of flying. I’m usually on duty, and when I’m not I’m usually training or resting. But still the air is a lot fresher here.” Silver smiled, following the alicorn, enjoying the breeze. “Ponyville feels more calm in general, maybe when I do leave the guard, when I retire, I’ll move here.” He knew he’d still have to go to Canterlot for maintenance on his wings if he did move to Ponyville, but it was still a while away.

“Know that we would be very glad to receive you when that time comes.” Twilight smiled at the pegasus. “Oh look, the place is just down there.” Twilight started her descent, to land on the street in front of Silver’s destination.

Silver smiled at the alicorn. He’d be in town for another day or two while the mechanic tinkered with the leg, and he’d only be spending an hour or so in the shop a day to make sure everything was working right, so maybe he’d see her around town. He followed Twilight down to street level. “Thank you for your help. And if I could trouble you for one other thing. I’ll be in town for a day or two before I head back to Canterlot. Any recommendations on anything to see or do? Eateries and like?”
