Hello Everyone,

Today we are going to look at how an airline recruits its pilots. This is a general overview as to how the day goes and what sort of things you are expected to demonstrate to get the job. Typically most airlines have 3-5 stages depending on the carrier. This video is not specific to one airline and is relevant to most major flight training organisations as well.
