Calamity Cubes at The Moon!

The Calamity Cubes! are a Kansas thrashicana band featuring guitar, banjo, and upright bass. They sing about love, drinking and murder... themes not unlike those found in the Bible. Brew recommendation: Hop Dog - a mixed pour of our Hop Nob IPA & Voodoo Dog ISR because like The Cubes!, this "off the menu" pint offers a certain level of thrashicana. I'm not even sure what that means. LOL And a huge thanks to 92/9 Online for keeping our no cover concerts free.

Biv and the Mnemonics perform songs with energetic harmonies evocative of the great folk-tinged rock of the past, while providing their own unique energy that can't be resisted. Everyone meet Biv - a happy-go-lucky jaunt of indie folk goodness.

Feb. 13th 9pm: Experimental Rock with Lore Uprise

Lore Uprise is a 3 piece experimental Fable Rock Band from Bend, OR. Their sound, style, and lyrics present a new era in what has been known as fast progressive ROCK.

Roots Rock Feb. 7th at 8pm: Cascade Rye

Get excited as Cascade Rye joins us on the 92/9 Online Silver Moon stage with some awesome tunes from 8-11pm. 

In an old mobile home serving as a rehearsal space, Oregon-based roots/americana music quartet Cascade Rye sit in a semi-circle in the living room, the space dimly lit by a couple of lamps. They use all manner of instruments, including acoustic guitars, violins, mandolins, banjos, a dobro, and accompanying instrument cases punctuate the room like musical-themed décor. Hope to see you there!

Reggae Fueled Rock Jan 31st at 8pm: The Sindicate

Join Silver Moon Brewing at the pub with the popular band The Sindicate from 8-11pm on January 31st. 

The Sindicate is a high energy Reggae fueled rock band from Vancouver Wa. They have a unique sound that combines sultry seductiveness with hard edged rock, smoothing it out with reggae passion. They have a range that can work through classic jamming, reggae, rock ballads, to full on hip-hop fusion. Their versatility lets them thrive on the energy of the packed house show, pump up the night at a bar show, and stay tight enough to rock crowds from the bigger stages.

January 30th at 8pm: Last Giant

Join us at the pub in Bend for Last Giant, January 30th, from 8-11pm. 

Blood, sweat and tears used to mean something, more than just clichéd words. They represented the core attributes of what makes rock special.

RFK Heise, a rock veteran, has been crafting music by that standard since long before reality television became a dominant star-making machine. As front man for Portland, Ore. stalwarts System and Station, he’s built a devoted audience through strong songwriting and an honest attention to craft. Early in 2014 though, Heise decided to make a daring move: to take on the recording process alone. What resulted was a hard rocking opus titled Heavy Habitat under the moniker Last Giant.

Get your Dance on Jan 24, 8pm: ¡Chiringa! in Bend

Join us for an AWESOME concert in Bend as ¡Chiringa! tears up the dance floor January 24th from 8-11pm. 

In early 2012, Bend-based singer-songwriter Shireen Amini was asked to put together an all-Latin band for a Cinco de Mayo festival in Central Oregon. She was known mostly for her American soul-based original music but often included a few songs in Spanish her set. Little did she know that this one-time project would end up becoming a full-on gigging band. ¡Chiringa! splashed onto the scene with its fresh, rockified Latin grooves coupled with passionate vocal lines. Both the seasoned dancer as well as the regular booty shaker have found deep gratification at a ¡Chiringa! show, where everyone is invited to receive the infectiousness of Latin rhythms in their own way.

Cripple Hop & The Green Room Return to the SMB Stage

Cripple Hop is a fusion grass band from Hood River. Yep, fusion grass! Not to be put in a musical box - CHop is known for jamming onto a wide array of musical genres; fusing bluegrass beats with rock, funk, reggae and jamgrass!

The Green Room hails from Portland and was born out of a passion for chasing big waves & deep powder. Their music embodies surf inspired reggae rock that brings nothing but positive energy & good vibes.

Truck Stop Gravy plays comfort food for the soul - a classic and eclectic mix of rock, folk, Americana, bluegrass, blues, reggae, calypso and country. The range is dynamic - from sparse acoustic ballads to full on electric jam band improvisational monsters, mixed with five voices throughout.
