✨dear diary,
the evaluations had officially started and i can see how miserable i'm gonna be at the end of it. i don't think i will be able to get through it but we have hope, i guess.
sincerely, cole.✨

07/10/19 • 73/100 DAYS OF PRODUCTIVITY // october has been here for a WEEK and i only removed my paper clip that marked the current month away from september today lmao
attended my philosophy lecture (got assigned my first essay here at UCLA ahhhhh)
did laundry (incl. thrifted stuff I got on sunday so i can wear some this week !)
went to target w my roommate to return some stuff for me + buy some stuff for the apt
started but did not finish my comparative political theory reading due tmrw (i cannot believe it is barely week 2 and i am already behind on readings......)
did my reading for my american suburbanization class tmrw
met with a counselor to go over my plans (she says i’m on the right track which is good but honestly higher ed institutions are hard and i wish counselors would be like more hands on and helpful. like sometimes the flexibility of degree requirements is not a good thing bc it means i the student have to figure it all out.. so i wish counselors would like give you lists of everything that satisfies it or more concrete suggestions other than “take a look at this website there’s lots of options!” like i know there’s lots of options and i’m paralyzed with anxiety over them and i wish u wouldn’t put the onus on me to have all these questions for you bc there’s so much going on how the fuck am i supposed to know everything to have relevant questions about ?!)
October 8th, Tuesday
Wow my prof is an angel, giving us one more extra day to work on this essay?? Was god answering my prayers???
Ps. Why do the Starbucks cups now look like toddler sippy cups. Did I miss something?
stu-dna october study challenge - day 8
8. How do you plan? Formatted planner, bullet journal, random sticky notes, etc? How long have you been planning this way?
i primarily use my moleskine weekly planner! i find it extremely satisfying. if i don’t have my planner with me, i’ll make a list of things to do on my phone then transfer it over later. originally, i was using the left side for events and the right side for to do lists, but i switched to this style a few weeks ago and i like it a lot more! otherwise, i use google calendar to keep track of my class schedule since it can set phone reminders, which was really helpful when i was getting used to the new school year.
osc day 8: give your notes / your bujo some autumn vibes: doodle, autumn colours etc.
my autumny (a bit too early halloweeny) bujo spread for this week!
baby, i know dreams tend to crumble at extremes, i just thought our dream would last a little bit longer // this life // vampire weekend
did y’all know that muji is selling cake?
new desk setup for the fall💘
My first time studying this term and it’s 1 month in lol
things are starting to kick-in around here! it’s a little scary, and a lot overwhelming, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m finally starting to find my routine; and even though change is constantly a fear in my life, for once I’m craving it. it’s comforting knowing that I have the capacity to change. coming from the mindset I once lived in, these days seem more and more surreal as time passes on. sometimes it still feels like dreaming. but no- this is my life now.

studyblrs🥰 im currently studying in the philly airport because im on my way home from a 2 week long vacation. my other textbooks won’t load, so ive just been studying for my music appreciation class. i hope you all have a great day!
I really enjoyed habit tracking in September, trying to do it again on October, but this time incorporating a few more habits based on studying and self care, I love setting new goals for the month. Do you try to incorporate new habits in your routine each month? I feel like it’s good to incorporate one or two new habits each month, at least in my case, I feel like If I do more I won’t be able to focus 100% in all of them
Day 7/100 day of productivity
Studied limits and convergence because I have a calculus exam next friday and I'm really scared of failing. I had a pretty rough week so now I'm going to take a bath and then probably continue studying a little bit more. (I also changed my url from aspiring-scientist to mathmoomin bc I had the first url for a long time and wanted a lil change ✌)

5th October, 2019, Day [19/100] of Productivity
My very final finals are coming in less than two weeks so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't absolutely terrified. But that's what all of this is about! We work hard for our goals, and we don't regret it later!
But all of that is getting so stressful for me, though it's entirely my fault >< I wished I hadn't slacked off so much in the previous three years and let go of what was actually important to me. And if I screw up this last time, it's most definitely too late to start again :(
