Day Uno

Arrived last night in Mexico City. Rodrigo's tios picked Colin, Noby, and I up from the airport. Michael will be arriving tomorrow. Drove to Toluca, our first city. The circus has been here for six weeks already. 

Noby, Colin, & Michael - Partners in Crime. Noby (Nobahar) is from Toronto, but was born in Iran. She's a beauty of a girl; feisty and flexible to boot. We skated in two past contracts together in Hermosillo and Ciudad Victoria for Ucha Atayde Entertainment. Colin is from Boston. He was on team USA for pairs, and now he is skating with Noby in this show. I would say he is by far the sweetest, loudest, and most hilarious boy you'll ever meet. We also skated two past contracts together. Then there is Michael! Or Misha. Drop dread gorgeous. I consider him a sister. He hails from the friendly state of Alaska. 

Hotel Corijo. Alright except for the itchy feeling all three of us simultaneously got as soon as we got under the covers. Excelente! Bed bugs? Pubic hairs? Oh joy. 

Overall feeling good. A year ago I could have never imagined I be here, but somehow it feels like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
