When that happens to me I get depressed for a while, but then I hit a point where I ask myself what I'm doing. Then I sit down and think about things I wanna do for the people I care for in the future to motivate myself.

I know how you feel. I've had low self-esteem for a long time. It used to be far worse, but what helped me was to fake confidence. I started to fake it little by little. But if you say something to yourself often enough you believe it eventually.

i try my best most of the time but after awhile when there’s nothing enforcing it besides being fake about it just kinda crashes down and it’s like what’s the point
