I just fail while trying to find any logic in the fact that they consider themselves one "special" community, and then fight with each other because of a tweet.

Right? I doubt anyone commenting there or fighting grasp an idea of privacy, let alone kindness, so there’s no point in looking for  a sense of community in them. Although, a few people stating their feelings and/or opinions in a civil way have a point and are quite right, to be honest. But ah well, there’s only one truth with the special commenter :)

Recap pls? I was away for the whole day and going through 2k+ comments is not gonna happen :P

Theo (controversially?) wished Russians/Ukrainians/Belarusians happy holidays or merry Christmas (don’t speak russian so not sure) in russian and caused a mayhem in the comments. Ukrainians and Belarusians are pissed he wrote it in russian, however this one person is very glad calling everyone nazis for one reason or another. I never understand what is going on there but people are pissed
