I'm so jealous of my sister

She has such "normal" eating behaviours

She eats when she's hungry, stops when she's full, and when she wants a snack/treat here and there she'll let herself indulge

I'm SO HAPPY she has such a healthy relationship with food

But damn do I envy her body's metabolism :(

I literally feel the same way. I eat less than my sister but she’s still thinner than me. She’s curvy and beautiful and is okay with her own body. I’m jealous, but I’m great full that she’s healthy.
