Rose nodded, "Same direction" she mumbled, then called back to him, "If we get lost I'm blaming you."Â
She walked forward some more, the woods seemed silent around them, it was nice, almost calming. She ran her hand along the trees as they passed, enjoying being so close to nature, so close to adventure. It felt like she was wandering for hours, which in reality had only been minutes, but there was so much beauty in the forest that she could never have imagined. So much beauty, in fact, that she had become so lost in it and resultantly lost Jack. She wasn't sure if she had just walked to fast, or perhaps he had walked to slow, but when she turned around to tell him how amazing she thought the forest was, he was gone. She spun on her heel, "Jack?" she called out, but she didn't hear a response. " She began walking back in the direction she had come from, they would run into each other eventually, right? She didn't fancy being alone in the forest, suddenly the darkness of the trees wasn't so beautiful, it was menacing. "Jack!"Â
