It’s been several months since I’ve used this platform yet alone a year since I’ve shared my thoughts and experiences. It feels nostalgic navigating my way through these forums and reading my old posts. Everything feels familiar and foreign at the same time. It’s crazy how everything can change in one year. We outgrow our comfort zones, we outgrow our hobbies, and sometimes, we even outgrow some people. But, it’s okay. We were meant to change and navigate our way through this journey we call life. For starters, I am now a mom of three fur babies; 1 beagle mix terrier and two lionhead rabbits. Eventually I’ll come around to updating my whole life, but until then, enjoy my life snippets on instagram. Despite the plethora of social media outlets there are, I will always come back to Tumblr. This platform continues to serve as my time machine. It captures what I felt, what music I loved, and what visualizations I fancied during a specific moment in time. I’m thankful to have documented my time as a teenager, a college student, and now as a young adult. Nights like this is when I can reflect back to see how much I’ve grown, but also how much I have yet to do.
