Favorite Characters in DC
Hi, I want to talk about my favorite characters in Detective Conan: Ran, Jodie and Rei. I always navigate towards the same type of Characters. The ones that despite the pain they are feeling, they remain strong and kind.
Ran: When she was still 7, her mother left the house, so she had to take care of her father and of the household and she did that without complaining. She misses her mom everyday but she never blames her or acts badly towards her. She grew up to be a strong and kind woman. Recently, she had to deal with the sudden disappearance of her best friend, the one she’s in love with. She is hurting, she misses him and she's worried about him, but that pain only made her stronger.
Jodie: After her parents were killed, she became an orphan at a young age. She later joined the FBI to get justice for her parents. She didn't let her tragedy or the anger she felt for the killer, affects how she treats people. She grew up to be a kind woman. Then her boyfriend broke up with her, that was very hard on her, but she remained strong. She still considers him a friend and cares for him. She still loves him in silence.
Rei: He is the loneliest character in the show. He lost all the people he ever loved. He lost Elena, the kind woman that cared for him, he lost his three good friends from the police academy and he lost his best friend Hiro, his death was the one that affected him the most. He still feels guilty because he couldn't save him. He’s hurting but tries to be strong for the Japanese people he promised to protect. And even though he goes undercover with killers and acts as a bad guy, In reality, he is a very kind person and always try his best to help people.
