"it's a baby." Brax glanced at the small thing . "Who's the father?"
Time smiled up at the curly haired man, her eyes somewhat worn and filled with fatigue. She had a glow about her that was more natural than stardust. “You are, Brax..” Her voice was gentle.
Brax hesitated. ”Allright.” He held out his arms to take the baby.
Time lightly eased the baby into Brax's arms, the bundle giving a light squirm as it nestled into his arms and hands.
/ a phone call /
"Oh there is just a bit of a custody battle between her parents and he is abusive towards them both, but she’s safe now." He kissed the child on the forehead.
"No it’s fine. I don’t see them as often as I would like but we keep in contact as much as we can."
"I hope that gets resolved soon, in the best way possible, then." Time gave a small nod and then looked to the child. She gave her a light little nuzzle and then looked to Brax. "Will you be off then, or would you like to let her play?"
Val led her into his TARDIS, into the living room. A big fire was already lit in the fireplace. He offered her one of the two armchairs and then poured them both a glass of wine.
He gave one to her and then sat down. "I can’t recall that we ever talked. Not me. Not this version of the Doctor. So… to a successful first time." He lifted his glass a little. "Tell me,Time, what do you want to know?"
Time had sat, easing into the chair and holding the wine a bit awkwardly. She wasn't one to ever drink. Then, she lifted her eyes to him and gave a small smile. "I wouldn't hold it on you to recall, darling." Then, she lifted her glass to his and took a light sip. The burst of bittersweet liquid hit her a bit and then went down smoothly. "I'd like to know how you've been these past four-hundred years."
"Sure!" Amy was excited to do anything. The Doctor and River once again, not so much.
"What would this entail?"
"Same as traveling in the TARDIS, only you'll be traveling with me and it'll be on the outside in a little pocket through time and space." Time smiled, her eyes bright. "All you have to do is focus and make sure a hand is on me at all times. You let go, you're possibly lost." She looked over to Amy, gently holding her shoulder. "I'll be sur that won't happen," and then her eyes moved to The Doctor and River. "To any of you."
"Epoca?" Oliver questioned as he saw her with the small child, among all the things that were expected that was not one of them nor was he expecting the influx of emotions that past through his stomach. Sure the idea of children was something that was hoped for but to see that particular fantasy being played out was a whole new experience.
The girl turned, looking up at Oliver as he entered. She smiled ever brightly, her face beaming with joy and a look that said guess what? She walked over to him, gently cradling and rocking the infant in her arms as she nestled in against his chest. “So what will her name be?”
"I love you too" Smiling down at Era and then to their child he brushed the small strands off hair off her face. Dropping a kiss onto her forehead he stood back up, a hand coming to wipe the tears that were pooling in the corner of his eyes "Are you ready to come home?"
Era looked up at him and smiled, giving a warm and soft nod. She reached with a careful hand to wipe his other eye tenderly. "We're ready to go home." She wrapped Abigail up a bit more, bundling so the cold air wouldn't catch her delicate lungs.

"Why don’t you let me make you breakfast this time? You always make it and its about time you got the same treatment. Doctor’s orders" He joked, his entire face lighting up at the stupid little joke that he had made "I’m thinking maybe something will bacon and eggs, unless you wanted something lighter. Porridge or oats?"
"You've always done so much for me; The least you let me do is make you breakfast." Thus the reason she did her best to make breakfast for him every morning. On his suggestion, she nuzzled in closer to him and gave his jaw a loving little kiss. "Bacon and eggs sounds wonderful, love." Era run a finger along his cheek, her smile warm and bright just from his own. "I'll go get them out." Oh, how the simplest of things he'd do made her swell with such happiness!
Walking towards the door his heart starting beating wildly in his chest, they were close to being free and together that it nearly made him sick but it was also incredibly exciting. Soon she would be at their room and free to do whatever they pleased, within reason of course. Era would have to hide out until the staff had calmed down over a missing patient but once someone new came in she would be old news and free to do whatever. So long as nobody suspected him they were home free.
Turning to face the guard at the door he gave a small smile, blocking the view of the exit while handing him over the small badge he was required to wear “I’ll see you tomorrow Jimmy” Staring through the glass doors the blonde waited for him just outside, taking in the fresh air until he placed a hand on the small of her back knowing that it wouldn’t be real until she was in the car on the way home “Lets get you in the car”
Era trembled with each step they came closer to the door. It was exciting, and terrifying, and ever so glorious that she was finally able to step out of those doors, none the less beside a man she's finally come to trust and dare she say genuinely like. She clung to him up to the point he made her slip through the doors so he could block the guard's view. She slipped just like a kitten and stepped down the steps as silent as the wind. Her eyes glanced around, taking in the view of the outside from the outside. Even the air seemed better just because it was outside of that god forsaken asylum.
Feeling Oliver's hand against her back was further relief; She even leaned into him a bit as they walked. Her heart was still hammering, however, and her body still shaking. They approached the car smoothly and without a single eye or shout at them. She'd finally be free, and she'd be free with him.
Era slipped into the car's seat, closing the door behind her and buckling slowly. She'd almost forgotten how to buckle a seat belt, seeing as it's been so long since she's gone for a ride. As Oliver climbed into the seat, her eyes moved to him, the great welling of relief and even admiration apparent in her wide oceanic optics. Then, a soft whisper came from her trembling lips, a smile rising the corners.
"Thank you, Oliver."
Acknowledging her request Oliver moved the photographs away, sure to turn them over so that there wasn’t a chance that she would accidentally look at them. That was a little strange considering most killers took pride in their work, he was expecting a little smile or even faked curiosity but certainly not turning away. This may have all been a game to Era, like it was in the patient room, she was pretending to be shocked so that he would ask her what was wrong or to give her comfort, perhaps that was her game plan after all.
"You’re having some trouble looking at the photos, is it the nature of them or is it knowing that someone has done something like this Era?" Oliver asked politely. Had it been the former he would begin to lean towards the idea that he was either dealing with someone who was innocent although she may be suffering from some kind of multiple personality disorder considering she said she knew who these people were. However, had it been the latter then there would be various complications since there was many explanations for that which would have to be weened down and that would be a tedious process.
Placing the file on top of the photos he waited patiently for her to process herself again, her body may have went into shock at the photos but he would wait for however long he had too.
On his question, her bright blue eyes turned up to him, a bit crude. There was a glint of disbelief about his question. Did he think she was faking this reaction? Those pictures genuinely terrified her; The reason being a bit more terrifying to her than the photos themselves. "The nature and fact that you seem to think I'm capable of these actions." She cocked her head at the overturned photos as reference. "That is disgusting. Somebody that'll take a haughty pride in that is truly insane."
Era looked at the white of the pictures, upside down so she wouldn't have to see those grotesque bodies again. Not that it helped; The images were already burned. Those people had families; Had they seen these as well? "Doing that would also take skill. I'm not exactly capable of skinning somebody like that and being able to hide it for very long." At least, she believed that was the case. She indeed could.
"Any other odd questions, Doccy, or do you have more photos?" She was trying to build that wall again, although its already been torn down and stomped upon by those images. God, they were disgusting. Though for some reason, they made her conscience laugh.

Time heard a faint knock on her door, the abrupt sound separate from her tinkering and the music surprising her. Cautious a moment, she stood and went to answer. "You knocked?"
"Anything to make my baby happy~" He kissed her head lightly.
Time smiled, gently nuzzling a kiss into the boy's cheek. "Alright, then." She glanced around and then back to him. "A walk?"

He twitched as his hair was touched. “Yes, yes I will~”
"So what would you like to do then, Chand?" She tugged him closer, nuzzling into his neck lightly.
"it's a baby." Brax glanced at the small thing . "Who's the father?"
Time smiled up at the curly haired man, her eyes somewhat worn and filled with fatigue. She had a glow about her that was more natural than stardust. “You are, Brax..” Her voice was gentle.
Brax seemed hesitate. “Well it seems rather fragile. I don’t want to break it. I mean him.” And the fact it was so small — so tiny.
"That's fine, Brax. You won't break him." She chuckled a bit. "But I won't force you to hold him, either."
