Sarah 1830′s Dress | Original CC

My second commission is finally finished! @tru-mmerhaufen commissioned this 1832 dress and I was so excited, I’m looking forward to doing more 1830′s content. This is also the first dress I’ve used @sokea-cc‘s new plaids on and I freaking love them! So you can expect more plaid.

15th Century Ensemble

Hi guys! I love this period in fashion and wanted to make something from it for the Sims. I had several issues with it, but I think it’s at a point I’m pretty happy with. There is some weird texture stuff at the back of the hennin, but it’s hardly noticeable. 

The ensemble has three items. A necklace, hat, and dress. This style of dress was popular in the 1400s in northern Europe and is known as a Burgundian Gown. The headgear in this era, called a Hennin, was really unique and came in many different styles. The necklace is a general medieval style with gems and drop pearls, and can be used for eras 1400-1600 I’d say.

EDIT: This dress has known issues, like exploding in CAS. I apologize and am not able to fix it. A few people have tried to fix it and haven’t had success. It was one of my first mesh edits and I’m not an expert, so it may or may not work in your game. Sorry about that!

Another 1898 spring day dress

Hi everyone!

The previous 1898 day dress was quite glam, so I thought it’d be nice to have a simpler one as well. Ironically, only while meshing I realised that this one has a way more complicated cut, so it might be not that ‘simple’ after all… But it looks - at least to me - like it’s made of cotton and the pattern is way less outstanding as well, so maybe it wasn’t a total miss?
