Yup, you and I are having deja vu, this has already been released a little while ago. However, this time, I am releasing the download links publicly instead of being private downloads only available upon request. It is a past project of mine which a lot of lovely people have been so kind to show an interest in so far, so why not share it publicly. Also I’ll be heading away to university pretty soon and I wouldn’t want people waiting so long for me to return them the download link if they send me a request. So there we go.

Two Versions: Populated and Unpopulated.
CC Included with download.
Store Content not included - any store items will be missing or replaced if you don’t have them.
EP’s Used : University Life, Seasons, Pets, Late Night, Island Paradise, Generations, Ambitions.
SP’s Used: Town Life, Diesel Stuff
Populated Version: populated by sims made by me (I use whipped cream default skin by burnt waffles), you have my permission to remove any of the families and replace them, however don’t re-upload any of my sims and claim as your own.
You have my permission to edit any of the buildings for your own personal use, but you must not re-upload and claim as your own.
You must not re-upload the save file and claim as your own.
