I say inspiration - because I'm bad at re-creating 1:1 real buildings, and I feel like a lot of the buildings and their uses need to be "simmified" to fit with the sims style but anyway - the lots are mostly not finished anyway, there is still a lot of tweaking and furnishing to do:

Actually opened back my Vologda save after such a loooong time. I've got a job now, and finally moved the old computer with the sims 3 to my new apartment , and I'm back to playing the game as a way of relaxing in the evening so who knows. This world might end up finished one day?

One of the two “official wedding venues” in Vologda. This small wooden “church” is less pompous than the St. Basil’s Cathedral in the city center; and sims can get married there and actually have a lunch/dinner with their wedding guests as well.
