July was good to me. I walked/ran over 86.5 miles for the total month and earned my #applewatchbadge And my morning walks helped me earn the @onepeloton outdoors challenge. Just a quick update for myself when it’s a year from now… June was about giving myself grace so a lot of dots are missing. With that grace I hit 100 yoga classes with peloton alone. Even with a weekend or a day off I still completed 600 strength workouts. I also earned a badge for 104 weeks straight. That’s over 2 years with peloton only! I’ve also sweated and sculpted my body in two different countries, four separate states and probably 8 major cities just this year alone and it’s only July.
