*The sky flashed violently as a rift gate opened up, ripping apart the nearby clouds and reality itself around it. Out of it fell a humanoid figure, mechanically stiff as she leaned forward into nothing, falling through to the other side. The moment her sole touched the air the sky crackled and closed back up behind her like nothing ever happened.*
*The figure soundlessly fell about the height of a small skyscraper, landing in the grass field below with a sickening CRASH, robotic components scattering around her.*
*Her large, pink mascot head cracked open in the middle, revealing a grey, sheen metallic layer underneath. Sparks flew around from the damaged cables and broken tiles, singeing the soft fur, threatening to start a small wildfire below her.*
*Her still intact eye scanned the unfamiliar area in a panic, but she was unable to process anything it was seeing. Her system was a mess, blaring errors and warnings over and over, making it almost impossible to even think. It said her brain was damaged. So was her spine. She tried to move her arms and raise herself but it was no use.*
*Her programming tried to shut itself down and enter safe mode repeatedly but she willed herself to deny it and succeeded, something she didn’t think she was capable of before. The overwhelming noise inside her head made it hard to notice that none of what she was experiencing in the moment was ordinary. Something has changed in her. She’s never felt fear until now.. Unwilling to give up and wait for the situation to fix itself she began sending distress signals to any and every electronic appliance she could reach in the nearby radius.*

[It wasn't a usual thing to receive distress signals that weren't from her allies. Still this didn't let Singularity ignore the beeping her computer began emitting as she was working on yet again her mecha.
Grabbing her locating device and hooking it up to the computer, she sent the data of the distress signal over the portable device in order for her to be able to eventually go out of the laboratory and reach the loacation pinged on her screen.
Upon arrival, the problem was clear, a humanoid, most likely a robot, laying on the floor after what seemed like a brutal incident. She immediately kneeled next to the robot, eyes roaming over it to assess the gravity of the situation]
Can you hear me? You're in pretty bad shape. Is it okay if I take you to my laboratory? I can get you patched up.
