And so with a plastic bag of gourmet cat food (her cat was a queen, after all), she was making her way home when her pink hues caught a glimpse of light reflecting off a jewelers window.

She wasn't alone in her envious gaze. A sigh before she tears her gaze away from a valuable she'd never indulge in for herself in the first place. There was a silent moment of passing before she chooses to speak up, a pale digit tracing patterns on the transparent glass.
