The Science of Superior Dog Washing Techniques and Practices

What you need to know: 

Never leave your precious pet unattended during all the phases of the wash.

Never place the pet in the sink until you have tested the temperature of the water first, make sure the water is in the comfort range that you feel is right, not too hot or cold.

Never apply heavy amounts of water to the head since in many cases, the dog will react with discomfort and become nervous and will negatively react to your initiatives.

Always be mindful that your dog has feelings too. 

 Take notice of it’s temperament during the wash. If you see a negative change, try to reassure the dog by changing your current technique to another.
