I'm a fatty fat fat fatty ass

#sorry i am feeling extremely fat atm #going to focus again on losing weight #bmi 22 is too much for me #like I can feel me taking up too much space

These 2 kgs I've gained are so noticeable, I hate it, I was finally relaxing food wise and voila, there is the weight gain again, it isn't even like I've been eating that big amounts of food. Maybe I need to work on gaining a bit of muscle so more of my weight is muscle instead of fat

I'm still a fat fuck I need to go back to 58 kg at the very least

#I wanted to vent about my weight and say ugh I am fat #but I can't do that there :/#people are too fat positive there #good for them but that doesn't mean I don't think I am fucking dik

So I am still fat and I hate how I look and I keep thinking I am bloated because my period is coming but it isn't I hate it I hate it I hate my body, I sometimes wish I was born a guy

can i please ask when body positivity was supposed to have spread, because every single friend i've had that isn't actually thin thin has never stopped about losing weight and dieting

anyway, sometimes i remember how my mom used to say i could be a model if i would lose some weight, not that i could ever be because i'm not tall enough and i have zero confidence very much thanks to her so much i don't even manage to relax for a picture

ready to kill the mom of a friend of mine, i was already, but after this weekend even more

#she called her fat #like same way as i probably got called fat by my mom but i never even told her that my mom did that #idk #i don't tell that type of stuff #but like my friend's mom and dad also divorced and she basically got forced to chose a side and like she got used by her mom and all #like i don't like that mom #at all #like good i've never met her (they didn't even have contact for the majority of the time i've known her but still)#but like my friend basically had a breakdown over a bunch of stuff this weekend and like about other serious stuff too #but also basically about how she hates how she looks #and then she told me about her mom calling her fat #and it's just idk always the mom building the base for hating your body #like always #i feel like that girls that didn't have moms like that are just so much more sure in their skin and confident #like two girls with the same type of appearance get treated the same by most people #and like sure if they are fat it's worse on average #but if one of them had a mom that called her daughter fat growing up (or still) and the other didn't #it makes such a huge difference #like such a big one #idk this has been in my mind since i was like 14 or 15 after a conversation during lunch in high school where like a heavier girl in our #friendgroup said that her mom never called her fat after another friend had said that her mom calls her fat and says to lose weight #and idk it just explained so much and it just stuck in my mind
