Small Confession

I’m planning to start using this platform as an art gallery/sketchbook, but before I do, I feel for my own closure I need to state this: I have some lingering regrets involved with someone who may or may not be a frequent poster on this platform (I have no way of knowing.) To the person I’m speaking of, I’m so sorry for letting you down. If you ever see this, I would understand and even encourage that you block me, but considering the memories I must have brought up for you, I hope you already have. I know it all happened when we were kids and it was frankly pretty normal for dumb kid stuff in that time period but it was really shitty of me. I have forgiven myself, because I was a kid, and there is nothing I can do to take it back. I was just a stupid kid and I thought what I did was funny and that everyone involved, including you, felt the same way. You were my best friend, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without you. Honestly, I’d probably be a super jerk or something. As for a word I confided in you about repeating to a bully, well, of course I didn’t know. Reiterating: I don’t want us to be friends again. That’s over, I know. I just wanted to say this before I come into existence on this platform I have a small chance of running into you on.
