What have I been up to in the last 2 years?

Yeah, it's been a while since I have updated this hunk of junk. Honestly, we all know we only have a tumblr for the nerd references made on a daily basis on here. BUT I digress.

SO, what HAVE I been up to since I was last here? Well, I have 2 words for you guys: Disney World.

You see, I have life-long love of all things Disney. Sad but true, yes. And I had never, EVER been to any of the parks. Imagine, being a kid living on the East Coast US and never having seen Disney World! Well, that changed pretty quickly once the boyfriend, who has been to WDW several times in his life, got wind of the story. Now I have been to Disney World 4 times in the last 2 years, with this year having 3 trips alone. 

So you guys are going to get a Disney Dump. Hope you love The Most Magical Corporation On Earth!

Breakfast/Lunch at Sabrina's Cafe in Philadelphia at their new location close to Drexel University on Mar. 3, 2012. Went with my two sisters and I think we sat at our table for at least two hours taking up space and inhaling amazing food. Everything was Suess themed on the specials menu because Dr. Suess' 'The Lorax' had just been released in theaters. The plate on the far left was a mexican-type dish; "El Gato En El Sombrero" Mexi Special - two fried tortillas topped with green rice chorizo, chipotle roasted chicken, black beans and napalitos with two over-easy eggs, tomatillo salsa verde, sour cream and avacado, with a side of red potato homefires. The plate in the middle was a pancake dish; The Lorax's Hug A Tree Hotcakes - pumpkin pancakes topped with apple cake crumbs with vanilla cookie pieces and dried cranberries, peach-vanilla syrup and apple cinnamon butter. The last plate on the far right was eggs benedict; Horton Hatches the Eggs Benedict - poached eggs, spinach, hollandaise sauce and sausage, with a side of red potato homefries.
