when I got into AEW last year, I was watching through the archives chronologically and sort of following along with the current broadcast while a friend was explaining stuff in between and somewhere in all of that I was like. huh! jack perry sounds like a guy who would be in a movie with giant snakes. which is all the backstory there is behind the first one. I watch a lot of movies with giant snakes, but it wasn't until doing layouts for this that I realized that I don't actually draw snakes, so we're going to have to revisit this later when I have lol

the second one is a more grounded character thought I'm still unraveling and someday I'm going to finish that thought AND draw all these goddamn trees
