I've been having fun with Adobe Ideas the last few weeks. These are a few results, 100% digitally drawn on the iPad. The first one was the last I made :) Hope you like them!

The release of my first collection of daily comics “SirkiTaki 2012-2013” (in Dutch only for the moment) is near. I expect it to be ready somwhere in September. Meanwhile the second volume “2014” is also in the works and is scheduled for a November-release. This one will be fully done ‘by hand’ (art, lettering, colors, …), except for the scanning off course ;).

To keep myself busy in the meantime, I’ve started working on a prologue for a new comic-project. Reviving some old characters from my past. My intention is to make the comic as much on the iPad as possible. Above a first try-out (in Dutch again), only the pencils were done ‘traditionally’ :) Hopefully more art will emerge soon, while I’m working on the script.

The 1st volume of my drawn diary will soon be released here. It'll be free and available in a lot of formats: epub, pdf, cbz, ...

Volume 1 'Lindi' will contain more than 250 pages of daily comics, just over 8 months of my/our life as we count down to the birth of our daughter. All were drawn between 30/07/2012 and 05/04/2013.

More news: I'll be back on my daily schedule, starting on January 1st ... fresh year, fresh mind ... Ready to try and draw one comic a day for the whole year. Off course, all comics will appear here as well.
