She ran up to Pantheon, tears streaking down her face. "Pantheon!"
Immediately, Pantheon opened his arms, letting Sitara cry on him. “Hey, hey, calm down. What’s wrong?”
“What do you mean? If I remember correctly, you have the features it takes to give birth. Of course, I did pummel that feature of yours quite a bit, but unless I’m missing something, it seems like it’ll be fine.” Pantheon kissed the top of her head, not wanting her to be too worried of the future.
"My 15 years in the lab. They tampered with it. It was so weird, having them just prod around my womb. I saw them taking stuff out and putting things in. I’m not sure what, but I know they did something." She shivered as she remembered, the scars all over her body tingling.
What exactly did they do to you in there?….. Could I really handle knowing? “They may have done something, but we won’t know the effect until the child is born. Until then, we should expect the best, but prepare ourselves for the worst. We should celebrate, we’re going to have a family. We can worry about the details later.”
“All right. I’ll focus on the brighter side. We’re going to have a family. Everything will be fine…” She wrapped her arms around him tightly, taking deep breaths.
“That’s right, everything is going to be fine. As long as you’re with me, nothing bad will get to you.” Pantheon slowly pet the back of her head, a genuine smile working it’s way onto his lips. “So, since we’re going to have a child, we should move you into my home, that way you aren’t in danger on the Isles. I’ll do my best to keep my hands off you while you’re living with me.” He teased, kissing her softly.
She laughed, “Well i hope you can try to keep your hands off me for 9 months.” She teased back, closing her eyes as he kissed her
