im gunna be so real i’ve let my self go so much as ive been wallowing in self pity for the past i have no idea how many months and have gone back into binging again.i am fucking stopping because i’m back exactly where i started fat.im so fucking fat now it’s unbelievable,i didn’t realise how much weight i had actually put on until i saw a picture of me from january and i almost went into fucking cardiac arrest😭from now i am GOING TO STARVE i am tracking my shit from now on i am so ashamed of myself -i hate this it feels like a constant cycle i starve loose weight then binge horrifically and put the weight back unhealthy quickly and i dont want to get back into putting it back on. id rather die skinny than keep getting fat again.

i’ve been gone so long again guys however i am losing weight fast due to doing k3t 😝and im in great competition with my best friend,she opened up to me about her ed so now i have to be 100 times sicker than her,bad of me but my brain doesn’t care LOL,anyways she’s saying to me that she wants to get better ect so im helping her get better which is nice to see but its only fuelling my ed more but i’m glad she’s getting better yk-however my drug problem and my sick brain doesn’t like that and has to make it a competition obviously

my eating has been so good the past few days i’ve been keeping under 800 cals which is amazing if i keep this up. from time to time i will put it up to 1200 so i dont hit a plateau obvs but god i missed this the feeling of hunger but having the power to not binge i feel like i finally have control back again

Low calorie foods

Cucumber, literally just like 30 calories in a whole cucumber. I love eating cucumber with salt and pepper on it. It’s so good.

Ricecakes

Watermelon

Popcorn (not all, so be careful)

Oranges/Apples/Strawberries, just any fruit really

Protein bars

Vegetable soups (check the recipes first though)

Broccoli, carrots ect. Just any vegetable really.

Yogurt, you could even freeze the yogurt and make it into ice cream. I used to do that lol.

Eggs, especially egg whites

Smoothie, it can be very low cal depending on what you put into it

Grapes. I personally love to freeze them. It kinda tastes like candy then.

I don’t really know what else to name, because the food items here in my country is obviously not called the same everywhere else. And all of the things I listed is probably just common sense😭 But you really just have to check it out, and you’ll probably find low calorie options of almost everything. i’ll post some ideas on what to make with everything though<3
