I don't get it, the scale feels like a fucking lie. It says I lost weight but I still look fucking fat I don't fucking get it!?

Why do I still feel fucking fat, why do I still look fat the numbers on the scale went done and it made me happy but as soon as I thought about it or looked done it just felt like a fucking lie!?
