Heya, I'm Sketch, I'm in my 20s, pursuing biology/zoology (hoping to work with big cats). My timezone is currently CST

I use she/xe/cat/ze/xae and sun/drop/sunself pronouns, and feminine terms exclusively! she/ze default

I kinda draw whatever whenever, I don't have a schedule or use queues. Usually I'll be posting Danganronpa, Warriors, or The Hundred Line art tho. If I get around to making it, at least.

getting into nozoei. first time really drawing either of em but it was v fun ! i like how awful they could be together :))

sooooo I've decided the best way to get better at art is to challenge myself regularly! and what's one way to make that fun? drawing the sillies! but on top of that, i've been wanting to learn more about the DR characters as a whole, so I've decided I'm also going to read up on em and go over some things about each and every one! and my randomized list started with a one Mahiru Koizumi :)

Thing I appreciate most about them: I appreciate that she has morals she'll stick to, but she's open to changing her mind on things when she has the evidence to! Like with men, she'll reevaluate first impressions if they prove themselves better (such as Unreliable Hajime -> Sometimes Helpful Hajime). It's obviously not my view of the world, but I can understand how it came about and that she's not afraid of standing up for what she thinks is right.

Thing I want to explore more: I'd love to see her doing things on her own more, like she does in DRS when she goes around taking photos of everyone. She has a lot of time with Hiyoko, or associated with others like Fuyuhiko/Peko in ch2. It'd be nice to get more Mahiru-centric focus. 2x2 is the perfect chance!!

Thing I had no idea about before: She has trouble sitting through movies if they aren't comedies. That's so real!!

Favorite dynamic: Fuyuhiko! They seem to be really good foils for each other while also having potential to be great friends (such as seen in DRS!). I like how they butt heads a lot but, under the right circumstances, look out for each other too. Also, I headcanon that they both took an eye from Junko, so they'd be connected in that way, too. And those aren't the only reasons I love them but for brevity's sake I'll cut it there.

Favorite dynamic I wish was explored more: Rantaro. They have more interactions in DRS than I expected, and something about them feels just really nice and grounded to me. I think it'd be fun if they went on a trip together!

Favorite design element: I really like that her color scheme isn't super bright and out there. She really nails the look of someone you could be neighbors or classmates with!

Other thoughts: I think I'd find her a bit annoying to be friends with, but not so much that I'd avoid her. She would definitely kick my butt into gear better than I could. And that's sometimes really needed, even if it's not fun! She's definitely got valuable traits.

i am just super winging everything rn but I do like how it came out! probably gonna work a LOT on shading with this cuz it's probably obvious i still dont really know what I'm doing. but yay! 68 characters to go :)

tomodachi life has inspired me to make some next gens :)

this is the first pass of their designs so they may look a bit different the more i draw them

the first one is Mirai, who is a soumaeda kid (ibuki surrogate because she’s literally the only option anyway haha). nagito did not want to risk passing on his. stuff. so she’s biologically kaz’s! (she/her, ze/hir)

the second one is Kae, who is a(n accidental) fuyupeko kid. fuyu calls her Natsu-tan cuz i believeee that first kanji can also be read as natsu. correct me if im wrong! (she/her)

neither of them have a last name they specifically use because this is post-NWP, and i don’t think anyone suuuuper cares anymore. mirai would use komaeda over souda, though. kae will yell at you if you make her choose.
