i feel like i should write again to mainly help me improve as an artist but also cos i have no one to talk to  idek what to write about my mind rn is vacant ..  yesterday was hard i had to hold in my tears at my nans house cos she cooked dinner n i just wanted to eat n enjoy my meal like eryone else  food never dat simple  im so over it ;((  i thought i was getting better w eating but like erything else things never the way they seem it always seems no matter how much work i put into something i see no improvement  i was eating so well n was always conscious bout its just anxiety or what ever remindign myself its just “”anxiety food is gud 4 u “  it doesnt seem to work n idk what to do ion wanna live like dis forever all i wanna do is go out n eat somewhere w my friends n fam  its my nans bday on sunday n theres gonna b alot of food there im rly scared
