So, I’ve personally never seen any posts supporting or praising writers who have a clean, sparse style so this is one’s for them. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re a bad writer just because you don’t write flowery, extravagant prose full of metaphors and obscure words. Vocabulary and metaphors aren’t the only things that makes writing “good”. Rhythm, tone, clarity, word choice, and voice also makes writing good. And you know what? You can achieve that with minimal description and a complete lack of metaphors. Your writing, no matter how minimalist it is, is just as valid and just as good as pretty, flowery prose.

                                        SO  THIS  IS  ABSOLUTELY    insane,    r i g h t  ?      i  NEVER  thought  i’d  come  so  far  with  jace,    so  celebrating  this  milestone  is  ABSOLUTELY  mindblowing.      this  is,    first    &&    foremost,    a  huge  thank  you  to  everyone  who’s  followed  my  blog  for  this  CRAZY  ride.      i’d  be  lying  if  i  said  this  blog  DIDN’T  have  it’s  ups    &&    downs,    but  ultimately  JACE  is  a  character  that  i’m  ridiculously  attached  to.      i  love  working  with  all  the  THEMES    &&    MOTIFS  he  presents,    &&    he’s  allowed  me  to  really  expand  my  writing    &&    character  development.      this  really  WOULDN’T  have  been  possible  without  the  people  who’ve  supported  me  along  the  way,    PUSHING  me  to  expand    &&    grow.      it’s  thanks  to  YOU  that  this  blog  is  what  it  is,    that  jace  is  a  muse  i’ve  fallen  so  WHOLEHEARTEDLY  in  love  with.      so  i   just  want  to  say  THANK  YOU.      i  can’t  wait  to  see  where  all  he  goes  next.

✲ ||   CHEEKY THIS GIRL WHO called herself Ginny. Suppose he would have to wait for a role call for a proper first & last name. Not as if he was on the clock, no reason to hassle the girl now. As it was it seems they would be traveling mates for so long as this train would take them. Hand moves inside the bag of pita chips & one is quickly plopped into his mouth, jades glinting in amusement of her sudden shift in mood. Unwarranted really.  ＂Was sorted & labeled into that house of green & silver when I was a wee youth. Much like my father before me & I assume so on & so forth. Little sister as well.

          However unlike my fellows I have no malice toward those of muggle birth or blood.＂ Smile chaste & warm graces his features. Recalling the days of his last years within Hogwarts, counting down the days of which he’d return home only to leave shortly after.  Distaste growing for those of his peers that would write off another soul just because of the purity of blood. Defying the ideals of his family—– they had a name for that, blood traitor or something. Never got the label, parents too hopeful he’d change his ways. Come home & marry some pure blood in a well crafted arrangement & carry a family line. Instead he returned home out of an old favor from an old coot that knew all too well he hated that entire school.  ＂Ginny was it? Good to know I should keep an eye out for you in the halls.
