The patient was introduced with Herose derma-zema capsules, 3 capsules (1080 mg) 2 times a day. Daily use of over-the-counter (OTC) emollients to counteract dry skin is advised. One month after the Herose medication, eczematous on patient’s neck area started to subside
The patient was advised to stop immunosuppressant therapy (topical or systemic steroid) and introduced Herose derma-zema capsules, 1440 mg three time a day.
The patient was advised to discontinue immunosuppressant therapy (topical or systemic steroid) and introduced Herose derma-zema capsules
The patient was advised to discountine topical and systemic steroid for 2 weeks, the corticosteroid withdraw syndrome was clearly shown (Fig.1-B,C and Fig.2-B) after discouninuing use of steroids, herose derma-zeam capsules twice daily were administrated to him, after about 3 months of treatments
KOH examination was negative. Herose capsules three times a day were administrated to her. After about 10 weeks of treatments, the patient’s psoriasis had cleared completely
The patient presented at the Herose Clinical Centre in April 2009 because of persistent flareups of psoriatic papules. On examination, psoriatic papules appeared with a salmon color involving both arms, the lower limbs and the trunk area; and discrete small papules on the arms, knees, shin, back and forehead
Since then, his eczema lesions had shown marked clinical improvement, and he is continuing Herose treatment and is currently under monthly observation. He is looking forward to a full recovery in the near future.
Thereafter, eczema lesions improved significantly in response to Herose monotherapy (Fig.1-C, Fig.2-C), together with the use of emollients. During the treatment, no corticosteroid cream was given.
Topical or systemic corticosteroids may have few side effects with normal use, but can become impractical for those with diseases covering more than 10 percent of their bodies. Frequently such treatments become ineffective with continued use—thus the herbal drug Herose Psoria Capsule was given as the first-line therapy in place of steroids and calcipotriene
Psoriasis tends to be a symmetric eruption, and symmetry is a helpful feature in establishing a diagnosis; however, unilateral involvement can occur. The psoriatic phenotype may present a changing spectrum of disease expression even within the same patient.

A 40-year-old woman presented to Herose Clinical Centre in August 2004 due to persistent itching and oozing erosions on her hands and legs.(Fig.1-A) The rash had occurred 1.5 years earlier, developing later into the weeping and crusting of lesions on her legs.
A 14-year-old girl presented at Herose Clinical Centre in 2004 because multiple, firm, dome-shaped nodules -several millimeters to 1 centimeter- developed on her arms and legs. Persistent itching and scratching had occurred over 4 years.
