50 calorie meals for when ur restricting
1) 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti squash with 1/4 cup of pasta sauce (the kind I use is 60 for 1/2 a cup). You can also water down the sauce to make it a little bit less. =54 calories
2) Cabbage soup. I usually use 1 cup vegetable broth (15 cal), 1 cup water, 1/2 onion (22 cal), 2 leaves of cabbage (12 cal). You can also add in other vegetables if you want it to be a little bigger. =49 cal
3) egg white omelet. I use 2 egg whites (34 cal), 1 cup spinach (7 cal) , 1/4 of a bell pepper (9 cal). =50 cal
These are my favorite meals to make at the moment, they make pretty large amounts, considering the amount of calories, and fill me up :))

You can eat that piece of cake when you’re at your goal weight. You can have that burger as soon as your stomach is flat when you sit down. You can drink that milkshake when your thighs don’t touch. I promise , you can have anything you want for a day as soon as you reach what you’ve been trying to for 4 fucking years, but right now? Right now, you can drink 8 glasses of water a day, exercise your ass off, skip some meals, don’t eat those sweets, don’t binge, don’t give in. You got this. It’ll only take a couple months to get to where you want to be if you try. Just try for me, for us, please. That’s all you’ve wanted forever. You can’t keep looking at thinspo wishing that was you. I don’t like tea or milk, but I do swear by this. It is like a hug in a mug, I make it when I feel anxious at night or if I can’t sleep. When I first made this, I made it for my family, and we all fell asleep within like 10 minutes lol

I wanted to share this because most families in America do some kind of cheese board on holidays and this cheese is so filling and low calorie compared to anything else that might be out there for snacking.
There is so much high calorie things out to snack on during holidays and it causes people a lot of anxiety so I thought this might help :,(

🥕 pickled carrot recipe🥕
it’s just carrot slices pickled in apple cider vinegar. It tastes just like salt and vinegar chips, but its so much healthier and lower cal. And apple cider vinegar helps with weight loss.
1. cut up a large carrot
2. fill a jar or tupperware with apple cider vinegar. make sure to leave the room for the carrot.
3. add the carrot in.
4. let it pickle for at least an hour. after that you can eat it!

was it hard skipping the first couple of meals? extremely. i remember the hunger that felt like it caused earthquakes my first full day of fasting. the dark circles that took residence under my eyes after a week of low restriction. how i cried at night from hunger pains and how i thought i was going to have a heart attack from walking a mile.
but that was 60+ pounds ago.
now? i can fast for three days and not feel a thing. eating 500 calories makes me so full i feel like my stomach could burst. the hunger pains help me sleep at night by telling me how well i did today. is it hard going into a store and asking the worker to go to the back and get an extra small for me? is it hard looking in the mirror and having my breath taken away by the girl in the mirror? by being a living breathing reminder of my will power and control?
