drink cold water. digesting cold water burns more c4ls than room temperature water, because your body has to warm up the water in order to absorb it
never stand still. walk around, tap your fingers, bounce your legs, little things like that may not burn a whole lot of c4ls, but it adds up!
brush. your. teeth. this not only helps with dental health (which can suffer due to malnourishment and/or self-induced v0miting), but it can help if you're feeling hungry. brush your teeth first, wait at least 30 minutes, and if you're still hungry, eat a small snack
take cold showers. it burns more c4ls than hot showers because it takes more energy for your body to warm up. it's also better for your hair and skin
learn to say no. a close friend offers a snack? say no. your family wants to take you to a nice restaurant for your birthday? say no. you see a good deal for a high calorie meal at a fast food place? SAY NO.
delete all of your food apps. they are a temptation, they will send you notifications, trying to get you to go. save yourself the pain and just delete them
