My plan for what's left from summer
I need to lose 6 more kg. I have lost 14 kg since I relapsed, so this is easy if I don't slip. I need to start university being a skinny legend so.

1. 10th July-15th July: 400 calorie limit
30 minutes of exercise at least, every day.
Skin care and body care routine every day.
On the 13th I have a birthday, but I will bring my own lunch, so I don't fail. It's on the beach so I can exercise without anyone noticing. I need to be at least 0.5 kg lighter by this date.
Try to skip dinner when given the chance. If I can't, eat less on lunch so I don't exceed my limit.
Drink 2 litres of water every day.
Drink two tea cups, at least one being green tea, every day.
Not drinking anything besides water.
Eat veggies and whole foods every day, not processed foods.
10th: play piano for an hour
12th: do yoga for an hour
13th: try to exercise while on the beach
15th: play piano for an hour
2. 16th July-21th July: 800 calorie limit
1 hour of exercise at least, every day.
Skin care and body routine every day, try to incorporate new things to it.
If given the chance, fast for as many days/hours as you can.
Never skip breakfast, but have tea and a kiwi.
Drink two tea cups, at least one being green tea, every day.
Drink 2 litres of water every day.
Burn at least 400 calories every day.
Drink 1 cup of water before every meal
16th: do yoga for an hour
17th: snacks allowed: but only raw veggies!!
18th: dance, practice ballet, stretch for at least an hour.
20th: play piano for an hour and a half.
21st: eat at least 3 different types of fruit.
22nd July- 27th July: 500 calorie limit
Sign up and actually go to the gym.
Drink 2 litres of water every day.
Drink two green tea cups every day.
Burn at least 450 calories every day.
Skin care and body care routine. Try whitening teeth.
The fasting day should be a pampering day
Try to cultivate yourself more: write poetry, read, do something like you did before being useless sjskdfjf
Sleep 8 hours every day, and wake up not later than 9:30 am
21st: Buy a vitamin pills bottle and take one every day. You don't want to end up in the hospital again.
22nd: do some stretching and ballet.
23rd: play two hours of piano
24th: eat only raw veggies
26th: eat carbs, but not a lot. Only the minimum so you have energy.
27th: go for a ride on the bike! Go somewhere cool with friends.
28th July - 3rd August: 250 calorie limit
Weigh yourself on the 28th and the 3rd.
Drink infused water every day
Have a cheat day(1000 calories maximum on the entire day)
Do more specific workouts (legs, arms, etc)
If a meal is bigger than planned(because of going out or unplanned family meals) fast and don't give up. Continue to eat normally and DON'T BINGE
28th: swim for at least an hour
29th: drink one litre of infused water
1st: cheat day: dad comes home
I should have lost a lot by here so now for more permanent changes so I can mantain
Stretch and practice ballet 1 day and then 1 rest day, like that.
Continue like the last 10 days, but as I'm on vacation I have to be careful for what I eat
At least two out of the 4 piano pieces should be finished before I go on vacation
Take care of my skin and body
23rd of August to 1st of September
I should be at least 55 kg, but it's better if I'm 50.
Not more than 1000 calories a day, and not less than 200. Fast one day. When living alone, fast one day every week. If too hard, fast from 8 pm to 10 am every day.
