•Don’t go fast. It almost always leads to another binge.
•Don’t look at yourself in the mirror! That shit’s gonna fuck you up! (for me it helps not to look in the mirror for at least 24 hours after a binge.)
•Doing some exercise helps with the bloating. I don’t exactly know the science behind it but I know it releases gas and you’ll feel a bit lighter after.
•Go drink tea and get some rest babe!
