I spent most of my childhood neglected and locked away in a basement. I was abused in every aspect of the word. And as soon as I turned 18 I was thrown onto the streets.

I’ve clearly been through some shit.

It’s like I do so good restricting but as soon as night time hits I’m massively craving food. I mean it also doesnt help that I’m the closing manager at a fast food restaurant. I close 5 nights a week so I’m very tempted a lot. When I was restricting years ago, I still worked here and I wasn’t tempted at all. What the fuck changed? I’m fucking disgusting.

I royally fucked up today. I got an app to count my calories and I was doing so good, then I decided why not go cold turkey and fast for 24 hours. That’s when I knew I fucked up, my hunger just kept growing. With only 5 hours into my fast, I caved. I ate so much calories worth of food I went way over my limit. I’m pissed I’m so fucking disgusting.
