⋆ being spoken to in a soft tone ( please be gentle , m just a baby ) or being talked to like you would a puppy ( in an excited manner )
⋆ getting praised ( letting me know I’m doing a good job esp when doing things to take care of myself bc it’s hard sometimes )
⋆ getting to wear my puppy / kitty ears , having sweater paws , hearing my collar jingle
⋆ my carer putting on a kids show or movie and telling me that “ kiddos can’t watch big kid movies , let’s watch some bluey or a kiddo film hm ? “
⋆ carer helping me pick out my clothes n helping me get dressed
⋆ coloring or drawing with crayons . Doing pages in my workbooks >o<
⋆ carrying my stuffies with me everywhere
⋆ getting called pet names I like ! ( puppy , pup , sweetheart , gup , guppy , kitten , sweet boy , Angel , boy , kid , kiddo , bubs , bubba )
⋆ hearing things like “ ah ah kiddo , you’re too tiny to be doing that by yourself , let dad or dada help okay ? “ can you show me how old you are on your fingers bubs ? “ does bubba need a nap ? “ I think someone needs to go potty “ do you need a change sweetheart ? “
⋆ also hearing things like “ what’s their name sweetheart ? “ * referring to your stuffie * , “ awe biiiig stretchh “ * when I stretch in da morning * “ you’re doing such a good job buddy , look at my big boy , I’m so proud of you ! “ you’re being so brave , I know it’s scary but dad / dada is right here okay ? “
